How do I arrange a daily scheduled pick up?

  • This can be arranged, by contacting your sales representative, through sales@sameday.ca

How do I get set up to review my account information on line and access secured services.

  • You must complete the online access form, which is available by clicking on Shipping Tools, and then Forms and Documents
  • Once approved you will be provided with a password that will allow you to access a number of different service offerings,
    • Canadian Rate Inquiry
    • Online Shipping
    • Pickup Request
    • Online Return/Third-party Services
    • Detailed Tracking with Image Inquiry
    • Shipment Status Report
  • You can have one administrator set up sub administrators within your organization.

How do I arrange a pick up with Sameday Worldwide?

  • There are several options available, those being:
  • Call into 1-877 SAMEDAY (726-3329) and Press 1 for pick up
  • Complete an online shipping pick up request. For this option, you must have a secure log on, which will also allow you to print labels

What if I do not have a Sameday bill of lading, and want to ship with your company?

  • An online PDF bill of lading is available for completion, by clicking on Shipping Tools, and then Forms and Documents.

How do I order Sameday bills of lading and stickers?

  • A supply request form is available under Shipping Tools and then Forms and Documents

How do I get a rate for my shipment?

  • You must have secure access to perform this function. Once access is provided, you may secure a spot quote under online spot quote.
  • If you do not have an account number, you must call into 1 877 SAMEDAY to acquire a quote

How do I complete my Sameday bill of lading?

How do I know what points Sameday services.

  • This can be determined by clicking on Shipping Tools, and then Canadian Cities Serviced. If an advance or beyond code is indicated, then potentially additional charges could be incurred.

How do I check the transit time from point A to point B.

  • Check the transit inquiry screen by clicking on Shipping Tools, and then Calculate Transit Time.

What paperwork do I need to ship to the USA?

  • Simply follow the guidelines in the guide titled How to Ship to the USA located under Shipping Tools, Forms and Documents.
